JD 1: STATE ALLIANCE MANAGER - MAHARASHTRA
Location: Mumbai / Pune Base. 50% Travel across MH
Reports to: Director / Business Head
Team Size: 10 Alliance & Distribution Managers across MH [Nashik 2, Nagpur 2, Aurangabad 2, Mumbai 2, Thane 1, Goa Border 1]
CTC: ₹10-15 LPA + Quarterly State Performance Bonus
Role Objective
Build and lead Rraynex’s branded-generic business in Maharashtra. Achieve #1 position in 5 core molecules in 6 months by appointing 50+ A-grade stockists , 50+ B- grade stockists, and driving ₹3 Cr monthly state revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Building & Leadership
1. Hire, train, and manage 10 Alliance & Distribution Managers across MH
2. Set monthly targets, review performance, do joint field visits
3. Create a high-performance culture. Remove non-performers in 60 days
2. Stockist & Channel Strategy
1. Personally onboard Top 10 Key Stockists of MH in first 90 days
2. Approve stockist schemes, credit policy, and new appointments with state head
3. Ensure 100% availability of 5 molecules in all major hubs
3. Sales & Performance Management
1. Own state P&L, monthly primary & secondary targets
2. Track competitor pricing daily for: Omeprazole 20mg, Rabeprazole DSR, Pantoprazole DSR, itraconazole 200mg, Ome 20mg- dome 10mg ,
3. Drive L1 pricing strategy with stockists to capture market share fast
4. Operations & Compliance
1. Coordinate with Boisar plant + Gujarat plant for dispatch, forecast, and inventory
2. Ensure 24 hr dispatch SLA. No stockouts in major towns
3. 100% Cash/COD model. Zero credit risk
5. Reporting
1. Weekly state business review with management
2. Market intelligence report: competitor moves, new schemes, pricing
Must Have
1. 8-12 years in Pharma Sales. Min 3 years as State Head / Zonal Manager in Generic / Branded Generic company
2. Proven track record of building distribution in MH. Existing stockist network is a huge plus
3. Hands-on with L1, tender, and stockist business model. Not MR-driven model
4. Based in Mumbai/Pune. Willing to travel 15 days/month
5. P&L mindset. Can manage a team of 10+
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
