Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality IT professionals, coordinating interviews, and working with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technology roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.

Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical skills and IT roles.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience hiring for Java, .NET, React, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Technologies.

Experience working with clients or staffing firms is an added advantage.
