Our client, a leading international financial institution, is establishing a state-of-the-art facility in Bangalore, creating opportunities to deliver complex, high-impact projects within a world-class environment. You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead Corporate Real Estate fit-out projects from brief development through design, procurement, construction and handover, ensuring successful outcomes.

• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and change controls to achieve agreed milestones and business objectives.

• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication throughout delivery.

• Champion Safety First and uphold quality, governance and service excellence standards across all project activities.

• Procure and manage design and consultant teams, ensuring efficient delivery of scope and project requirements.

• Drive innovation, digital delivery, responsible business practices and continuous improvement through industry best practice.

You’ll need to have:

• Project management experience delivering medium-sized or complex construction projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.

• Knowledge of project controls, procurement, contracts and construction delivery methodologies.

• Relevant degree or professional qualification (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
