About the role
Job Description: We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, be proficient in modern design tools, and be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and proposing effective design solutions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI consistency.
Ensure designs are responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
Work closely with development teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch is an added advantage.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Basic knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
