n8n Automation Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role:

At Techdome, automation isn't a support function - it's a business growth engine. We're looking for a builder: someone who sees inefficiencies as opportunities, thinks in systems, and designs automation that directly impacts revenue, operations, customer experience, hiring, and product delivery.

This role goes far beyond dragging nodes together or moving data between tools. You'll architect automation systems from the ground up, working across AI, HealthTech, FinTech, Recruitment, Enterprise SaaS, and Internal Operations - collaborating directly with founders, product leaders, and stakeholders to solve real business challenges.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with n8n and other workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier)

Deep understanding of workflows, triggers, webhooks, nodes, execution flows, and automation architecture

Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, API keys, JWT authentication, JSON, and third-party integrations

Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for custom scripting and data transformation

Experience integrating CRMs, communication platforms, sales tools, databases, and internal systems

Understanding of workflow security, permissions, access controls, and best practices

Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset and a sense of ownership

Bonus Points:

Experience with AI-powered workflows and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI APIs)

Exposure to CRM, Sales, Recruitment, or Customer Success automation

A portfolio of automation projects, workflow templates, or community contributions

Experience designing automation solutions directly with clients or business stakeholders

Understanding of KPIs and measuring automation impact on business outcomes
