Summary:

As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine their capabilities by focusing on instruction fine-tuning and adapting them to specific domains. This role requires continuous engagement with the models to improve their contextual understanding and relevance, ensuring that the outputs meet the desired performance standards. The workday includes analyzing model behavior, experimenting with various tuning techniques, and collaborating with team members to align the models with project goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into applications effectively.

Continuously monitor and evaluate model outputs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Document fine-tuning processes and results to support knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding model fine-tuning techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks related to language model development.

Strong understanding of model fine-tuning strategies, including instruction tuning and domain adaptation.

Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development such as Python.

Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
