Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable AI/ML applications, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and implementing modern AI technologies across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

Build and optimize machine learning models for production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven business opportunities.

Develop intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases.

Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and other advanced AI techniques.

Build and maintain AI pipelines using MLOps best practices.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and infrastructure.

Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.

Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and production-ready.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Python and AI/ML development.

Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-tuning LLMs.

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and MLflow.

Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

14+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML products in production.

Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.

Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Understanding of the content supply chain and marketing domain is an added advantage.

Proven track record of delivering innovative, high-impact AI/ML solutions.
