Senior AI Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Architect to lead the end-to-end design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions at enterprise scale. Responsibilities:

Architect and own the design of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a primary focus on generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

Define and maintain AI/ML architecture standards, best practices, and governance models aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.

Lead end-to-end solution delivery on AWS, covering data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, providing strategic recommendations for adoption.

Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on AI architecture, coding standards, and cloud best practices.

Ensure security, compliance, performance, and cost optimization across all AI workloads.

Present architectural solutions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders, articulating value and ROI.

Drive POCs and pilot projects to validate architectural approaches and accelerate innovation.

Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Requirements:

15–19 years of overall technology experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and solution design.

Proven track record architecting and deploying generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Llama, PaLM) and Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques.

Deep expertise in AWS services relevant to AI/ML (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, etc.).

Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

Comprehensive understanding of data engineering, feature stores, MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring for AI pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices in large, complex environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience influencing executive leadership.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies (Azure, GCP) in AI deployments.

Knowledge of responsible AI, model interpretability, and AI ethics frameworks.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in reputable conferences/journals.

Industry experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing with regulated environments.
