About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer to design, build, and enhance Field Service solutions that improve service operations and technician productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service implementations and developing scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

Build and customize Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions aligned with business requirements.

Configure and enhance Work Orders, Work Types, Service Appointments, Territories, and Resource Scheduling processes.

Implement and optimize Dispatcher Console and Scheduling Optimization capabilities.

Develop automation using Salesforce Flows to streamline service operations.

Configure and support the Salesforce Field Service Mobile application, including offline functionality.

Design and implement secure integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with Service Cloud teams to deliver integrated customer service and field service solutions.

Follow Salesforce security, sharing, and governance best practices while developing scalable applications.

Participate in source control, release management, and deployment activities using Git, Copado, or DevOps Center.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies, provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on customization and platform development.

Minimum 2 years of experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations.

Experience working on at least one complete end-to-end FSL implementation.

Strong understanding of field service processes, scheduling, mobile workforce management, and service operations.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.

Ability to troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification is mandatory.

Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) and Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification are highly preferred.

Experience with MuleSoft, middleware integrations, Agile delivery, and mentoring developers will be an added advantage.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
