Activités
The Operation and Maintenance Manager Role would require he/she to:
Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore
Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.
Maintain O&M documentation.
Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team.
Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall.
Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.
Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.
Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager
Send period reports as requested.
Travel as required to project and related locations
Profil du candidat
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 2 year in solar.
Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory.
Ability to travel to various sites in Singapore on regular basis and as assigned.
Good in English both written, listening and speaking.
Native language fluency in listening and speaking.
Own driving license.
