About the Job

We are currently seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Intern (f/m/d) to join our Product Development EU team within the Products function. The internship is offered as a full-time, fixed-term contract (39 hours/week) for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2026.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of public market investment vehicles across Europe, including our global fund range based in Luxembourg. The team covers the full product lifecycle—from idea generation to market launch—and collaborates closely with Distribution, Investments, and Operations teams. You will work in an international environment with colleagues in Frankfurt, London, and Paris, gaining exposure to capital markets, financial instruments, client needs, and regulatory frameworks.

What You Will Do

Participate in the development of new investment products, supporting activities from ideation through to market launch

Maintain and coordinate the product launch pipeline documentation

Manage and update the global product database independently

Prepare internal presentations for product-related meetings

Conduct market analysis and prepare relevant reports

Maintain and update product-related templates

Contribute to innovation and ideation initiatives within the team

Support product developers in project management tasks across the development lifecycle

Support ETF capital market setup, including pre-trade analysis and monitoring of authorized participants and market makers

Assist in monitoring creation and redemption activities as well as basket accuracy

Prepare recurring capital markets reporting, including activity summaries, spread analysis, and liquidity monitoring.

What You Bring

Advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field

Strong interest in asset management; prior experience in the investment industry is a plus

Basic understanding of capital markets and financial instruments

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines

Confidence in working independently and collaboratively in an international environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Very good English skills; German language skills are an advantage

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or LSEG Workspace is a plus

Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
