Bussiness Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Coordinate with Software Development, UI/UX, QA, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth.

Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are implemented accurately.

Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, website analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, and lead generation strategies.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for management.

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis.

Support product planning, feature prioritization, and business strategy.

Identify business opportunities and recommend technology-based solutions.

Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and project demonstrations.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Experience in IT Software Projects and Digital Marketing Projects.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.

Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT and Digital Marketing.

Freshers are not eligible.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with CRM, ERP, or SaaS-based applications.

Knowledge of AI-based business solutions is an added advantage.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Client-facing experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,801.55 - ₹25,474.32 per month
