Job Description

Focus: UX design for HMI products

Key areas of responsibility

Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems.

Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to gather requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.

Create user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Maintaining HMI designs in Figma design system.

Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Ensure that designs drive UX harmonization and comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications

2–4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

Experience in industrial HMI, embedded UI, automotive, or similar domains.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe.

Understanding of user-centered design and Agile methodologies, familiarity with Qt or similar technologies is an advantage.

Experience using AI tools in the design process is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Master’s degree in UX design or related field.

Ability to work independently and collaborate in international teams.

Willingness to travel.
