Project Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join a high‑performing engineering team supporting regulated manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on, technically focused role. The Senior Project Engineer will support the delivery of engineering and capital projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring delivery to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering projects from initiation through to completion.

Coordinate activities across operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, contractors, and vendors.

Develop and maintain project schedules, assit with budgets, and documentation.

Support equipment installations, commissioning, and qualification activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Manage contractors and oversee on-site works.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders requirements

Experience delivering engineering or capital projects within a manufacturing environment.

Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of contractor management and project controls.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

5 + years’ experience and relevant degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

Proven background working within engineering in a GMP‑regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients within the different sectors and stakeholder management such as contractors

Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others and on their own initiative in a multi-discipline environment
