Job Description

Arrange and conduct meetings, workshops and presentations for a variety of audiences, demonstrating high-quality communication and requirements elicitation skills.

Review alternative solutions and make recommendations.

Document and map complex business processes and solutions using standard procedures, methods and tools.

Identify areas for improvement, specify requirements and implement recommendations to increase the effectiveness of current business processes.

Perform root cause analysis of issues and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and system specifications.

Produce detailed Business Requirements Specification documents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and signed off prior to development commencing.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience working as a Business Analyst.

Working experience of Excel to a high level.

Agile experience and experience working within a Scrum team.

Experience producing Business Requirements Documents and Business Process Mapping.

Experience reviewing Functional Specification Documents to ensure alignment with Business Requirements.

Experience of technology, IT systems and working within the Information Technology sector.

Communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes and concepts to non-experts.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Additional experience relevant to business analysis, requirements management, process improvement or business process mapping.

Salary Range: €50,000-€65,000
