SSO up to S$3,540 (Day/Night)

‍ Relief SSO (3 days) up to $140 (Day)

Job Duties:

Security Operations: Conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents.

Customer Service: Assisting visitors with inquiries, providing directions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, ensuring authorized access, and maintaining visitor logs.

Incident Reporting: Documenting any incidents, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to supervisors.

Emergency Response: Assisting during emergencies and evacuations, following established protocols.

General Support: Providing support for mall events and operations as needed.

What we're looking for in you:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an SSO or in a similar security/customer service role. We value your experience and dedication!

Attitude: A positive, friendly, and customer-oriented approach. You're the face of Prosegur!

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to interact effectively with diverse groups of people is key.

Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

License: Must possess a valid PLRD license.
