Job Description

Rattaché-e au Responsable Amélioration Continue, vous intégrez station de réparation d'Ars en Charente. A ce titre, vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants :

Montée en maturité des routines QRQC (nouvelle grille de maturité plus contraignante)

Support au projet de réorganisation du site suite au transfert d'activité vers Cognac

Participation aux chantiers One Safran (objectif groupe : 1 par an)

Participation aux projets Green Belt (objectif groupe : 1 par an)

Support à la mise en place des actions issues de l'Innovation Participative

Accompagnement de la transition vers l'outil Improve pour le reporting des projets

Participation au projet de Gestion des FOD

Job Requirements

Vous préparez un diplome d'Ingénieur en Amélioration continue sur 3 ans.

Vous avez des connaissances sur le lean management, et l'amélioration continue.

Pour être à l'aise dans vos missions, vous devrez :

Faire preuve d'autonomie

Avoir une appétence pour le terrain et la proximité avec les technicien-nes

Avoir un bon relationnel, être l'écoute et captiver les équipes pour les embarquer
