Postgraduate qualification (desirable).

Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership role within construction, infrastructure or a similarly complex environment.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations and contemporary HR practices.

Experience leading performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations and remuneration processes.
