About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you will support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, helping deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience across the organisation.
You'll be joining a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team where collaboration, respect, and a good sense of humour are part of the day-to-day.
What you will be doing
Support recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding.
Create and manage engaging job ads across multiple channels.
Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and provide recruitment support.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
Manage the compliance process for new starters.
What we are looking for
You’re a proactive and people-focused professional who wants to take the next step in their recruitment career.
You will have:
Previous experience in recruitment and administration and/or compliance is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and engaging content.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
