Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

The goal of the function is to provide support to the Senior Enterprise Risk Management Specialist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise risk management practices across TZV.

The Risk Analyst contributes to the enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework, identification and analysis of organisational risks, and supports the integration of risk insights into decision-making and business operations.

Day to day responsibilities include:

Assist in maintaining and updating the enterprise risk management framework, policies, procedures, and tools and supporting the identification, assessment, and documentation of enterprise, departmental and operational risks

Contribute to the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, the Audit, Risk & Finance Committee and TZV Board

Assist in coordinating risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support shared risk initiatives and sector-wide risk assessments

Maintain accurate risk registers within the Governance, Risk and Compliance system (Protecht) and ensure timely updates and reviews

Provide administrative and analytical support for risk related internal assurance activities, including audits and control reviews

About You

You will have demonstrable experience in risk analysis, reporting, or compliance within a complex organization and hold a tertiary qualification in Risk management, Accounting , Business, Public Administration or related discipline

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and risk management software/tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities
