What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in providing administrative and sales support while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Managing banking, receipting, expenses, and general branch administration

Maintaining vendor and customer accounts, including reconciliations and debt collection

Supporting the management of branch financial records and identifying improvement opportunities

Building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships

Assisting with branch safety administration and compliance processes

Processing fertiliser orders and maintaining customer fertiliser records

Providing general administration and sales support to the branch team

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administration or office support role within a busy environment. An interest in agriculture and rural communities will be highly regarded

You will also demonstrate:

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with experience in SAPdesirable

The ability to learn new systems quickly• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

The initiative to identify and implement process improvements
