This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance - including financial outcomes, safety leadership, customer relationships, engineering quality and team development.

About the Role – What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Developing and executing branch sales and operational strategies in line with regional targets .

Driving revenue growth across engineering repairs, field service and reliability solutions.

Leading workshop and field service teams to deliver safe, high-quality and on-time repair outcomes.

Building strong relationships with key North Queensland industrial customers.

Partnering with Safety & Wellbeing to ensure safe behaviours and timely reporting of incidents and hazards .

This is a visible leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, operational discipline and people leadership capability.

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

Proven experience managing an engineering workshop, service centre or industrial branch.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility.

Safety-oriented leader with a commitment to WHS compliance.

Formal qualifications in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent experience) .

Strong sales, analytical and financial management skills.

Exceptional customer service capability.

A people-first leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Current and Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

Experience in driveshafts, pumps or hydraulic cylinders will be highly regarded.
