About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract the best talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our workforce’s capacity and capability, helping us maintain our position as an employer of choice.
You'll be joining a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team where collaboration, respect, and a good sense of humour are part of the day-to-day.
What you will be doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practice, talent strategies, and innovative sourcing methods.
Develop and maintain talent pools to meet current and future resourcing needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring candidates feel valued and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Champion process improvements to streamline recruitment and enhance candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
What we are looking for
A minimum 3 years’ experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process within an internal talent function.
Previous experience conducting behavioural-based interviews and comprehensive job briefs.
Well-developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to interpret and provide advice on policies, procedures, and best practice recruitment.
A passion for providing great customer service, ensuring a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to work under limited supervision while prioritising and planning your workload to meet deadlines.
A good sense of humour – we work hard but we have fun while we’re doing it!
