Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys building relationships, solving hiring challenges and making recruitment easier for the people around them.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders across manufacturing, service, projects and corporate teams throughout Australia and New Zealand. From workforce planning through to onboarding, you'll own the recruitment process and become a trusted advisor to your stakeholders.
No two days are the same. One day you could be recruiting frontline manufacturing talent, the next partnering with senior leaders on strategic hiring initiatives or exploring new ways to attract great people into our business.
You'll join a collaborative HR team that genuinely enjoys working together, sharing ideas and celebrating success.
What you will do
Partner with leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide practical recruitment advice.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white collar positions.
Build talent pipelines using a mix of sourcing, networking and innovative attraction strategies.
Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers from first conversation through to onboarding.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate attraction.
Work closely with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and future hiring needs.
What we require
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Experience recruiting high-volume operational and frontline roles alongside professional positions
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally SuccessFactors or similar
What we prefer
Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, service or industrial environments
Experience with proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other attraction channels
