About the Role
We’re looking for a Part Time Graphic Designer to support our Totally Workwear Franchise Office (TFO) team on a range of ongoing work across print and digital requirements – 1 to 2 days per week.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Digital team to bring the Totally Workwear brand to life - ensuring our look and feel remains consistent across campaigns, local store marketing, supplier activity, and digital channels.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven, creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple tasks at once - from re-sizing assets, creating and updating templates, designing digital and social assets and creating assets to support stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media
Trim and format supplier social ad content
Create organic and paid posts with graphical elements that feel “TW”
Design social and digital assets
Website Design
Create homepage banners, collection banners, mega menu images, and product tiles
Develop branded landing page and campaign assets
Support store page content creation and editing
Edit and retouch product images for ecommerce
eDM Creation
Design eDM content for campaign and subscriber communications
Local Store Marketing Support
Develop digital assets for store openings and events
Design large-format banners, A4 POS, flyers, and local press ads
Campaign & Supplier Content
Create bespoke assets following main campaign creative
Design collection banners and promotional graphics using supplier content
Develop ad content for both Local Area Marketing (LAM) and national campaigns
Visual Identity Support
Create or select icons for web use
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a design or creative role (internship or freelance welcomed)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential)
Understanding of digital formats (social, web, eDM) and print layout fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to take feedback, learn, and grow within the TW brand environment
A collaborative mindset with great communication skills
Familiarity with brand guidelines and versioning across multiple formats
