Primary Function: Sustain and optimize wafer-level test processes by monitoring production, addressing process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain yield, quality, and equipment reliability in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Streamline and optimize probe and wafer level test processes. Establish automated process controls to improve efficiency, reduce human error in Probe and WLT operations

Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.

Experience • Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical design is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Understanding of process control principles and data analysis

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with package-level test equipment and production operations

Knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and ability to perform mechanical modeling or simulation, is an advantage

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and sustain day-to-day package-level test processes during production

Investigate and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and improve yields

Analyze production/test data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions

Support process qualifications, engineering evaluations, and the introduction of new products

Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering) for issue resolution

Contribute to the design or improvement of mechanical fixtures or tooling as needed, utilizing SolidWorks/AutoCAD skills when applicable
