We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. In this strategic role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that influence key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a finance business partner and controller for assigned factories.

Partner closely with Factory Managers and Operations teams to provide financial insights and guidance.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis activities.

Monitor key cost drivers and operational metrics, providing recommendations to improve performance and profitability.

Translate operational results into financial impacts and communicate findings to business stakeholders.

Prepare regular financial and management reports to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities, and business improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Finance/Accounting related course

Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI

Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA is a plus

Experience in manufacturing and/or semiconductor industries

Experience in management reporting and supporting operational leadership
