Position: Division Financial Analyst
Location: Nashua, NH (Hybrid)
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally.
We are currently seeking a Division Financial Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Nashua, NH, reporting to the ACS Division Assistant Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating groups to support division-level reporting, leadership reviews, and decision-making
Partner with functional leaders to support financial reporting, understand financial performance and investigate variances
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation
Maintain a strong internal control environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial reporting requirements
Lead and support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in partnership with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify business implications.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate PowerPoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively drive results in a dynamic environment.
