Credit to Cash Logistics Analyst

Location: CBS Mexico (Mexico City)

Role Summary

Are you ready to drive financial efficiency and optimize supply chain operations at our world-class Shared Business Services center? As the NA Credit to Cash Logistics Analyst, you will own the end-to-end monitoring, analysis, and resolution of logistics deductions, specifically focusing on shortages and vendor compliance. Reporting directly to the CBS Mexico Credit to Cash Jr. Team Leader, you will act as a critical business partner, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Alliance and Commercial teams to resolve payment exceptions and protect cash flow. In this role, you will also champion digital transformation by identifying and supporting automation opportunities to standardize and simplify our global credit-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

Own deduction management and resolution workflows by validating logistics claims (shortages and vendor compliance), reviewing customer portals, and executing comprehensive dispute packages to secure outstanding balances.

Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders - including Customer Alliance, Supply Chain Logistics, and Commercial teams - to identify the root causes of deductions, align on roles, and execute preventative strategies.

Lead financial month-end reporting and metrics analysis by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing executive commentary, and ensuring overall credit compliance to mitigate bad debt exposure.

Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across the stream by identifying standardization opportunities and supporting the design, development, and maintenance of automation tools (RPA, OCR, and scripts).

Manage customer relationships and complex escalations through recurring alignment meetings, tracking end-to-end order adjustments, and recommending optimized reverse-logistics workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a closely related field

3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit-to-cash, collections, or logistics deduction management within a corporate or shared services environment

Verifiable proficiency utilizing enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP) alongside advanced data tools

Experience navigating customer portals and executing end-to-end dispute workflows identifiable via resume summary.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong technical curiosity with exposure to implementing or maintaining automation technologies (such as robotic process automation, optical character recognition, or script execution)

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and logistics anomalies into strategic data narratives

Experience working within a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) infrastructure

Analytical and self-directed problem-solving style, capable of driving operational decisions and managing structural process improvements under routine business timelines
