Business Analyst

Responsibility:

Business requirements gathering, clarification & documentation

System admin & configuration (both new features, continuous improvement & day-2-day maintenance)

Reporting on performance of features delivered/ continuous improvement initiatives

Documentation of systems/processes

Change Management activities

Mandate:

Defer to Senior BA's and Product Owners for decisions

Engage internal stakeholders to execute on priorities/ decisions by senior BA's & Product Owners
