Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.

Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and engagement metrics.

Build dashboards and reports to monitor key business KPIs.

Marketing Process Optimization

Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end marketing and content workflows.

Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and operational efficiency.

Data Quality & Governance

Design and implement data validation rules and quality monitoring frameworks.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across marketing datasets.

Promote best practices in data governance and documentation.

Content Analytics

Evaluate the performance of digital content, social media campaigns, SEO initiatives, and other marketing assets.

Provide recommendations to improve audience engagement and conversion rates.

Support content strategy with data-driven insights.

Advanced Analytics

Apply statistical techniques and analytical methods to solve business challenges.

Enhance analytics frameworks and reporting methodologies.

Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).

Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience

6–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics.

Strong understanding of data quality, process excellence, and data governance.

Experience designing data validation frameworks and quality checks.

Good knowledge of data pipelines and the data lifecycle.
