Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical assistance to our global clients, ensuring the smooth, reliable, and efficient use of our networking products. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex technical issues while contributing to the development of best practices for customer support and troubleshooting.
This position combines office-based technical support with field-based customer support, requiring both remote troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance when necessary.
