Role:AWS Data Engineer

Experience: 5 to 8years

Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Solarium)

Mode of Work: Hybrid (3days mandatory from office)

Job Description:

As an AWS Data Engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable data solutions on AWS. You will drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in data engineering across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective data platforms on AWS

Lead the development of complex ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows

Define and enforce data engineering standards and best practices

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver data solutions

Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables

Optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency

Ensure data quality, governance, and security across platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure

Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

5-8 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years hands on expertise in AWS Cloud Big data platform

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and AWS data services

Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and warehousing

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, IaC)

Hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM

Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development

Skill Set Required:
