Regional Restaurant Inventory Control Manager – Canada Western Region
Location: Western Canada
Reports to: Regional Vice President of Operations
Compensation: CAD $82,000 – $85,900
Work Arrangement: Remote | Up to 50% Travel
Location Requirement: Must reside in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Kelowna
Position Summary
The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, procurement alignment, and cost controls for our restaurants in the airports across Canada - Western Region (YVR, YYJ, YEG, YYC, YLW, and YWG). This role partners closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory control processes across multiple locations
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of inventory
Partner with operations leaders to forecast demand and manage stock levels
Monitor and control inventory-related costs, shrinkage, and waste
Support procurement and vendor management processes
Lead audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
Train and support site teams on inventory best practices
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or procurement
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or high-volume operations
Strong working knowledge of inventory systems / ERP platforms
Proven ability to analyze data and drive inventory accuracy and cost control
Experience partnering with operations and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, basic analysis)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or airport operations
Background in procurement or supply chain management
Experience with SAP or similar systems
