Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable AI applications, deploying machine learning models into production, and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges.

This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML engineering, cloud platforms, DevSecOps practices, and modern Generative AI technologies. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready AI products that drive business value, particularly in marketing and content supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.

Build production-ready Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.

Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize AI initiatives.

Implement AI/ML solutions across marketing, personalization, recommendation systems, and content supply chain workflows.

Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), and semantic AI techniques to solve business problems.

Build and manage end-to-end AI/ML pipelines using MLOps and DevSecOps practices.

Develop automated CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and monitoring.

Work with large-scale distributed computing frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and ethical AI practices.

Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches for business transformation.

Mentor engineering teams and promote AI/ML best practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

14+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Generative AI technologies.

Experience building production-grade AI/ML applications.

Expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, ethics, and AI best practices.

Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI products from ideation to production.

Demonstrated success in building high-impact AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Experience in marketing technology, personalization platforms, or content supply chain solutions is a plus.
