About the Role
We are recruiting experienced professionals to strengthen the Engineering Department (After Sales & Design Service team)
The successful candidate, depending on the team organization and their professional background, may be involved in one or both phases of the engineering process (feasibility and/or design), carrying out the following activities, working independently and in coordination with the team:
Analyzing customer requests related to upgrades, improvements, and retrofit solutions for installed machinery
Contributing to the definition of technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with customer requirements
Supporting cost estimation activities based on engineering effort, materials, and technical constraints
Developing and managing mechanical design solutions using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) to ensure consistency and integration of solutions
Interfacing with internal stakeholders and, when required, with customers, to clarify technical requirements and proposed solutions
What You Need to Be Successful
Hard Skills:
Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical technical diploma with approximately 15 years of relevant professional experience in machinery environments
Advanced knowledge of CREO (mandatory)
Good knowledge of Windchill and Microsoft Excel
Professional working proficiency in English
Solid understanding of mechanical design and industrial machinery
Soft Skills:
Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box
Capability to balance innovation with technical feasibility and risk awareness
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Attention to detail and precision, especially in design execution
Teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 45,000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
