THE MISSION?

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ️

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet (4 F&B outlets : the main restaurant & its bar, the terrace and a rooftop bar), you also participate in the engineering of the menu with the Executive Chef, and the setting of menu prices.

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.

You ensure compliance with the law; your watch at Mama isn't over after winter came. ️

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!

You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships, and they love you!
