Program Manager (Customer Data Migration)

ABOUT YOU

Are you an experienced IT Integrator or Programme Manager who thrives in large-scale transformation programmes? We are looking for a senior professional to lead complex customer migration initiatives within a business banking transformation programme. You’ll be responsible for driving cross-functional delivery, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring seamless customer migrations in a highly regulated banking environment. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering business-critical programmes, this role is for you.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

Lead end-to-end customer migration delivery, including planning, cutover strategy, rehearsals, execution, and rollout.

Coordinate delivery across multiple business, IT, architecture, and data teams while managing cross-domain dependencies and risks.

Drive decision-making on migration scope, sequencing, readiness, and go-live activities to ensure minimal customer impact.

Provide executive-level reporting on programme progress, migration readiness, risks, and go/no-go decisions.

Ensure alignment with architectural standards, integration principles, and data migration best practices throughout the programme.

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

10+ years of experience in IT Integration, Programme Management, or Project Management within complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience delivering large-scale customer migration programmes within the banking sector.

Strong understanding of banking systems and processes, with Business Banking experience being highly desirable.

Demonstrated success delivering complex programmes within international Agile environments and managing senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, risk management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to bridge technical and executive audiences.

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Contract: Till March 2027
