About the job • Jenkins platform management – must have managed and maintained a Jenkins platform (not just created pipelines) • Should be able to speak to: number of users supported, number of jobs running, platform governance • AWS – hands-on experience required • Python coding – hands-on development skills expected • CI/CD pipeline expertise – deep practical knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES: • Hands-on, not a people manager in the traditional sense, though will lead a team • Team will be Charlotte-based, so strong preference for local candidates • Must be able to own and operate DevOps tooling, not just consume it
