Clinical Territory Manager- Medical Surgical

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Clinical Territory Manager to join our team in Queensland- based in Brisbane.

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving sales targets and support for specified healthcare territory by:

providing clinical education and guidance to clinicians on the effective use and benefits of Solventum products.

engaging with new and existing accounts to awareness and appropriate utilisation of solutions within the Negative Pressure/Wound Care pillar.

Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives

Identifies opportunities via gap analysis, using monthly sales report in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager

Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings

Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum

Carries out duties independently with periodic supervision and assistance.

Key Criteria (Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), or science related field

Sales experience within medical devices or consumables- preferred.

Positive, can-do attitude

Strong relationship skills

Have flexibility and adaptability in approach to tasks.

Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.

Experience in Operating theatres

Experience and or knowledge of Acute Care Sector, Operating Theatres and/or Wound Care.

This is a Brisbane based role but will require frequent day trips to other regions- for example Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay and Rockhampton

Ability to travel periodically- approx. 40% of the time
