Membership Counselor

LA FITNESS- TOMS RIVER

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Membership Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating new memberships, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the benefits of our facility.

Responsibilities Include:

- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily

- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business

- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show

-Touring guests around our health clubs

- Assessing each guests individual need for our location

-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities

-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe

-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals
