Descrição do cargo

Responsável por realizar os atendimentos aos gestores, usuários e postos, através dos canais de comunicação (Chat, Ura, Fale Conosco, E-mail) para sanar dúvidas, questionamentos e solucionar demandas em primeiro nível de resolução. Realizar o suporte aos gestores usuários dos produtos e serviços da empresa.

Atividades:

Responsável por receber as ligações com as dúvidas dos gestores, usuários e postos;

Realizar protocolos via sistema para registrar os atendimentos recebidos;

Fazer contato com as demais áreas para resolução dos atendimentos.

Requisitos:

Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Superior em Andamento);

Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office

Possuir experiências com atendimentos via telefone;

Ter boa comunicação, ser proativo e orientado a resultados.
