Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller with experience in real estate lead handling and customer communication. The ideal candidate should be able to make outbound calls, explain project details clearly, follow up with leads, and coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client updates.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential real estate customers
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain lead data, call status, and follow-up reports
Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
Support the sales team in converting inquiries into qualified prospects
Requirements
1–2 years of telecalling experience
Real estate industry experience preferred
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
Confident, polite, and target-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of CRM, lead tracking, or Excel is preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Work Mode Note
