Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location:Mannady, Chennai Department: Design / Product Development Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.

Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.

Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.

Ensure consistency in design standards and user experience across products.

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and implement improvements.

Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.

Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any.

Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
