Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Treasures Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets

Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery of services

Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices within the Treasures segment

Requirements

Experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs and operational challenges

Proficient in using relevant banking and customer relationship management systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments
