ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Software Developer, you'll create and maintain software, systems, websites, applications and solutions for web, desktop and mobile platforms. Your active participation in the development team will be essential to driving innovation and ensuring the continued success of our projects.

Our team is organized into squads using agile methodology, and each squad is responsible for an area of our platform, such as Finance, CRM, Customer Experience, among others. These squads are also organized with Tech Leader and experienced engineers who help with career training and support for a growing software developer.

Our software architecture follows Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, with a React-based frontend and Java Spring Boot–based REST APIs, backed by an Oracle Database. The system is designed to support scalable enterprise applications, primarily focused on ERP solutions.

Ability to work from the Hyderabad office 2–3 days per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and enhance the primary software platform, which is an ERP system Perform maintenance and minor enhancements to existing functionality

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues

Design, develop, and maintain software systems, websites, applications, and solutions for web and enterprise platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 + years of experience in application development and programming

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field

Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs

Experience working with Oracle Database and SQL/PL‑SQL

Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

Strong logical and analytical thinking skills

Passion for innovation and staying up to date with emerging technologies

Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and mentor others

Strong planning and organizational abilities
