About the Role

We're hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Washington. This is a W2, in-person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up. The role includes a remote model: providing virtual care to patients via telehealth.

As a MOOD provider, you'll treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking meaningful, flexible, and supported psychiatric practice in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Provide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adults

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Prescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient education

Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standards

Participate in case consultations and peer collaboration

Build strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

Active Washington PMHNP license and Washington furnishing number

Active or pending Washington DEA license

2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adults

Experience diagnosing and treating: ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder

Comfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtual

Proficiency with EHR and telehealth platforms

Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Setting

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Setting: Telehealth

Schedule: 15-20 hours per week between hours of 6am-10pm PST, 7 Days a Week
