About the role

Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues, both remotely and face-to-face.

Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network

Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution

Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network to resolve technical incidents

Maintains telecommunications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data communications services.

Participate in the after-hours on-call roster

About you

Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle able to transport I.T. hardware and available after hours is MUST (cannot be a motorbike or scooter)

Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical roles

Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices

Good understanding and associated skills in networking.

Must be able to commit to fulltime hours, including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
