Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily and ad‑hoc customer orders to maximise fulfilment and service levels.

Handle customer enquiries and issues with speed and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with Distribution, Transport, and Inventory teams for smooth operations.

Build strong relationships with Account Managers to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate Customer DC bookings and submit grids to Transport teams.

Qualifications:

Customer‑focused with strong written and verbal communication

Fast and accurate in data entry

Calm under pressure and reliable with deadlines

Professional, personable, and polite

Shows initiative and works well with others

Thrives in an open, collaborative team environment

Proficient in SAP and MS Office (desirable)

Customer Service training or certifications (desirable)

Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or FMCG environments (desirable)
