Harris Farm's logistics and production operations move fresh food across NSW, ACT and QLD to 30+ stores every single day. Right now, we're transforming how we see and manage that operation, and we need someone who can build the visibility, run the reporting, and find the patterns that drive better decisions.
What You'll Do
Prepare and distribute the weekly Logistics Reporting Pack to keep leadership informed on logistics performance and inventory movement
Partner with logistics and production teams to uncover cost insights and operational improvements that matter
Lead the budget and forecast process for Logistics and Distribution, preparing detailed analysis, identifying cost drivers, and communicating assumptions and variance commentary to the business
Support month-end reporting and business partnering for Logistics, Distribution and Production - creating the analysis that leadership relies on to understand performance
Administer the Production Stock Write-Off process and prepare production reporting that gives the finance team the visibility they need
Review and process invoices to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly and our reporting stays current
Support cost allocation and intercompany recharges across Production and Logistics, ensuring costs are appropriately allocated, recovered, and explained to key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in logistics and production analytics for operational transparency – including reporting enhancements, Power BI development, supporting ERP improvements alongside our IT team
Build and maintain strong financial models, including sensitivity checks, scenario analysis and clear validation of assumptions
Provide support across Commercial Finance for reporting and other analysis during critical periods
About You
Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
At least 2 years’ experience in finance, commercial analysis, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or a similar analytical role
Highly analytical - you can work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
Clear communicator who builds positive relationships with stakeholders across the business
High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to reporting rhythms
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint ability, including the confidence to work with complex data and translate it into meaningful insight
Solid accounting knowledge

Nice to have
Past involvement in budgeting / forecasting, month-end or internal control processes in a finance environment
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
Experience with large ERP systems (D365) and BI/data warehouse environments
Background in food retail or FMCG
Working towards CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
